We didn't invent the concept of a Ghost Kitchen, we made it our own.

The idea of a rotating menu is very appealing to us. It allows for our menu options to evolve with the fresh local ingredients that are available, all while giving you, the customer, a taste of something different.

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Blake set out to create a Ghost kitchen that can deliver his local community a robust menu that people of all backgrounds and dietary needs can enjoy.

His primary goal was to show his customers that they can eat well, and most importantly, eat food with FRESH ingredients without having to break the bank.

Chef Blake gets the ultimate satisfaction from seeing customers smile with delight when they take the first bite of their food.
